Sure, the beach is lovely! Actually, it was more than lovely - it was beautiful. And I shouldn't say "it" because there are SOOO many beaches, most of them completely deserted, but all equally beautiful.
It was really interesting to watch their fishing technique. It's very sustainable, as only small amounts are taken each day, and mostly for personal use. We were also really relieved to see that all of the bi-catch was thrown back including a turtle and a puffer fish. It really made us happy to see the locals helping both the turtle and puffer fish survive, and in the case of the pufferfish, actually holding it in the water until it re-acclimatised, then releasing it.
And buffalo just casually crossing the road...
Don't change A-bay. Don't become over touristy like the other beaches to the south. You are just perfect the way you are.
