We don't buy wraps any more. We use our sourdough starter to make our own!
It's economical, quick and delicious!

Ingredients:
1TBspoon of sourdough starter
small amount of flour

Method:
mix the sourdough with flour. Knead on a floured surface until it is a moist (but not wet) consistency.
Roll out flat with a rolling pin.
Cook on a dry fry pan over a hot heat. The wrap will bubble and puff up. Flip and allow it to puff up again.

Add your desired toppings and enjoy :)
