Even from within the narrow confines of Ned, we try to make as much as we can from scratch, including our own breads, wraps, biscuits, cakes, snacks, pasta sauces etc.
We strive to utilise organic options when they are available (which isn't always), and we try to have as little sugar (or artificial flavourings) in our life as possible.
We are vegetarian, but also try to avoid egg and dairy.
Well it's not. It's delicious, it's healthy, it's satisfying and it's easy.
Living in a motorhome, space is a BIG issue, and so, for a lot of people, it's simply easier to buy pre-made food even if the intention to make their own is there.
I've posted some of our recipes and tips for storage on a few travelling forums and have been asked by many people to start a simple food blog so here it is.
This won't be anything amazing. I promise you that. There won't be page after page of irrelevant talk. I intend to simply share the simple food that we eat, and hope, that by doing so, we can show others that it is possible to eat healthy while on the road.
Please feel free to ask any questions and i'll do my best to respond!
