We should be finished by now..
Oops..

When we originally planned this lap of Australia, we intended to be finished in about 10 months.
Today it has been exactly ONE YEAR since we left Brisbane in Ned, unsure of quite how much trust we could put into him, let alone in what direction we should head in. Now, a year later, we absolutely love Ned. He is our home and part of our family. Gypsy tells everyone about Ned and invites everyone inside to proudly show them around. He hasn’t skipped a beat mechanically and we haven’t had so much as a flat tyre. Although we still don’t 100% trust him to make it over some of the big hills (we’ve had to roll back down a particularly big hill once), and he definitely has a few extra rattles, he is still the perfect mobile home for us. More importantly though, even after a year we still don’t really have a direction or a set plan, we still aren’t anywhere near finishing our lap, and we are still LOVING our adventure.

For 2 years (2015-2017) we travelled around Australia as a family of 3 in a motorhome named NED. These are stories from our adventures.
